Morning Bootcamp:

When: Wednesdays9:00 am – 10:00 am

Instructor: Ann Lukey

Class Description: Classes include elements of interval training of hi-low exercises, agility drills and circuit/bootcamp style drills. All of these elements are intended to challenge your core, your cardio, and your functional strength. Most of all, classes are FUN and motivating to challenge your current level of fitness whether that be the true beginner without a current fitness regime, or the elite fitness guru.  I enjoy teaching interval training/bootcamp style classes where no 2 classes are alike, so your body has no idea what’s in store from class to class.

Modifications are demonstrated for all exercises and drills, and modifications are encouraged based on your unique fitness levels and/or current or past injuries. All you need to do is get to class (bring a water bottle, clean indoor running shoes and a yoga/fitness mat) and I will do the rest – motivate, inspire, and challenge you to reach your personal bests while having fun and achieving results.

Class Description: This is a circuit-style class which includes interval training of strength and cardio exercises, agility drills and circuit/bootcamp style drills. We will use a variety of fitness equipment along with bodyweight movements. All of these elements are intended to challenge your core, your cardio, and your functional strength and each circuit is performed completely at your own pace. Evening Punch, Kick & HIIT!

Class Description: Classes include elements of kickboxing, HIIT and strength training. Join this six week session and learn the fundamentals of kickboxing while working on form and technique each week. Classes will also include elements of interval and strength training intermittently placed throughout the workout. Classes are FUN and motivating to challenge your current level of fitness whether that be the true beginner without a current fitness regime, or the elite fitness guru. No two classes are alike, so your body has no idea what’s in store from class to class. Come learn a new fitness skill where you are encouraged to punch and HIIT away those frustrations to get one kick butt workout in!
